BOREAS C-130 Video Tapes

Summary:

During the C-130 data collection missions in 1994 for the BOReal Ecosystem-Atmosphere Study (BOREAS), a video camera was used during various flights to collect information on ground and flight conditions. Copies of two of the tapes were sent to BOREAS Information System (BORIS) personnel who reviewed the tapes and logged appropriate information into a relational data base. The VHS format tapes contain video imagery collected during flights on September 13, 1994 over the BOREAS Northern Study Area (NSA), Southern Study Area (SSA), and TRANSECT. TRANSECT indicates that the data were collected in the transect area between the NSA and SSA.
